Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Pleasure Heist (“we”) about your use of Pleasure Heist. By creating an account or using the site you accept them, together with the Privacy Policy and the Content Policy.

1. Who can use Pleasure Heist

You must be at least 18 years old and old enough to view adult content where you live. You must give your true date of birth. One person, one account. We close accounts we believe belong to someone under 18.

2. Coins

You buy coins through our payment providers. One coin is worth ₦1 inside Pleasure Heist. Coins can only be spent on Pleasure Heist, on subscriptions, post unlocks and tips. Coins are not money, cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another member, and are not refundable except where the law requires it or a payment provider reverses the purchase. The number of coins you get for a top-up is shown before you pay.

If a payment is refunded or charged back, we remove the coins it bought. If you already spent them, we may suspend the account until the balance is settled.

3. Subscriptions, unlocks and tips

A subscription gives access to a creator's subscriber posts for 30 days and renews automatically at the same price while you have enough coins. You can turn off renewal at any time and keep access until the period ends. If a creator raises their price, your subscription will not renew at the new price without you choosing to subscribe again. Unlocking a post gives you access to that post for as long as it stays on the site. Tips are gifts and are final.

4. Creators

To post, you must pass identity verification and accept the Content Policy. You keep the percentage of each sale shown in your Studio (currently 75%); we keep the rest as our fee. Earnings can be withdrawn once they reach the minimum shown in your Studio, to a Nigerian bank account or a USDT (TRC-20) wallet in your name. You are responsible for your own taxes. We may hold or reverse earnings tied to fraud, chargebacks or Content Policy breaches.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, resize, and show it to the members you choose, for as long as it is on the site and for a reasonable time after removal for backups and legal records.

5. Conduct

Pleasure Heist is for online content only. Do not use it to arrange meetings, escort services or any paid in-person contact, to share contact details to move payments off the site, to harass anyone, or to post anything the Content Policy forbids. Do not copy, record or redistribute content you access here.

6. Suspension and closure

We may freeze or close an account that breaks these terms or the Content Policy, or where the law requires it. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Unspent coins are lost when an account is deleted or closed for a breach.

7. Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page and tell members about material changes before they take effect.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
