If content on Pleasure Heist uses your work without permission, or shows you without your consent, we will remove it. Non-consensual content is handled first, usually within 24 hours.

How to send a notice

Email hello@pleasurehive.online with:

1. Your name, address, phone number and email.
2. The work you own, or a description of you if you appear without consent.
3. The link to each page on Pleasure Heist you want removed.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law.
5. A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

You do not need a lawyer, and you do not need to prove copyright ownership to report content that shows you without consent. A description and the link are enough.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to the removal email with the same details, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live. We will forward it to the person who complained and may restore the content after 10 working days unless they start legal action.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive repeated valid notices are closed.
